Last updated: 2 October 2026.
To contact us, send an email to britprephub@gmail.com.
You can write to us about:
- a fact that you think is wrong
- a problem with a practice app
- privacy or copyright
We read every email. We try to reply within one week.
When you tell us about a wrong fact, give us the address of the page. If you can, also give us a source on GOV.UK. This helps us to check the fact quickly.
We cannot help with your test booking or your test result. For those, contact the test provider, or go to GOV.UK.
